Alcon Contact Lens Parameters

Alcon's monthly silicone hydrogel lineup centers on the Air Optix plus HydraGlyde family — available in sphere (BC 8.6 / 14.2 mm, −12.00 to +8.00 D), toric (cyl −0.75 to −2.25 in 10° axis steps), and multifocal — alongside the extended-wear Air Optix Night & Day Aqua (Dk 175, 30-night continuous wear). The Total30 series offers a water-gradient monthly platform in sphere, toric (cyl −0.75 to −2.75), and multifocal, as well as a combined Total30 Multifocal for Astigmatism. The weekly Precision7 (Serafilcon A, Dk 149) rounds out the reusable options.


In the daily category, Dailies Total 1 (Delefilcon A, Dk 156) covers sphere (−12.00 to +6.00 D), toric, and multifocal. Precision1 (Verofilcon A, Dk 100) extends to −12.00 to +8.00 D sphere and a toric variant. The hydrogel DAILIES AquaComfort Plus line — sphere (−15.00 to +8.00 D), toric, and multifocal — remains widely available.

Bausch + Lomb Contact Lens Parameters

Bausch + Lomb's premium daily platform is INFUSE One-Day (Kalifilcon A, Dk 134), available in sphere, toric, and multifocal. Biotrue ONEday (Nesofilcon A, 78% water content matching the corneal epithelium) offers sphere (−9.00 to +6.00 D), toric (cyl −0.75 to −2.25), and presbyopia options. The monthly Ultra family (Samfilcon A, Dk 163 for sphere) covers sphere, toric (cyl −0.75 to −2.25), multifocal for presbyopia, and a combined Ultra Multifocal for Astigmatism.


PureVision2 (Balafilcon A) is a monthly silicone hydrogel available in sphere (−12.00 to +8.00 D) and toric, offering an EW-approved option for patients who benefit from extended wear. All Bausch + Lomb parameter tables — including axis availability, add type options, and pack sizes — are searchable and filterable in the Pocket OD database.

CooperVision Contact Lens Parameters

CooperVision's monthly platform is anchored by Biofinity (Comfilcon A, Dk 160) in sphere, toric, multifocal, energys, toric multifocal, and a toric XR variant — with sphere coverage extending to −20.00 / +15.00 D including XR powers. The Proclear range includes toric, toric XR, multifocal XR (adds to +4.00 D, sphere to ±20.00 D), and multifocal toric options using Omafilcon A or B. The biweekly Avaira Vitality (Fanfilcon A, Dk 110) covers sphere and toric.


For daily lenses, MyDay (Stenfilcon A, Dk 100) is available in sphere, toric, multifocal, and energys. Clariti 1 Day (Somofilcon A, Dk 86) offers sphere, toric, and a three-add multifocal. The hydrogel Proclear 1 Day and Proclear 1 Day Multifocal complete the daily lineup. MiSight 1 day (Omafilcon A) is CooperVision's myopia-control daily, FDA-approved for slowing myopia progression in children.

Johnson & Johnson Acuvue Contact Lens Parameters

The daily Acuvue silicone hydrogel lineup includes Acuvue Oasys 1-Day (Senofilcon A, Dk 121, −12.00 to +8.00 D) and the newer Acuvue Oasys Max 1-Day with TearStable technology, both available with toric and multifocal variants. The Acuvue Oasys Max 1-Day for Astigmatism covers cyl −0.75 to −2.25 with axis restrictions at higher powers, while the Acuvue Oasys Max 1-Day Multifocal offers Low, Mid, and High add powers. 1-Day Acuvue Moist (Etafilcon A) provides an affordable daily hydrogel in sphere, toric, and multifocal.


The two-week Acuvue Oasys (Senofilcon A, Dk 147, EW approved) is available in sphere, toric (cyl −0.75 to −2.75, full 10° axis steps), and multifocal. The monthly Acuvue Vita (Senofilcon C, Dk 147) and Acuvue Vita for Astigmatism (cyl −0.75 to −2.75) round out the reusable options.
